We offer a flexible changeover service for owners who rent out their property.

Rental changeovers can be arranged between guests in the letting season or one-off cleans of the property following owners/friends stay in season or out of season, making sure the property is thoroughly cleaned & ready for incoming guests.

A laundry service is available of bed linen, towels, bathmats & teatowels. We can also arrange for beach towels & throws to be laundered.

• We can arrange a mid-stay clean and linen change if required; either payable by your guests or provided by the owners within the contract.
• We can carry out an inventory of items if required and report back to owners of any discrepancies. Any noticeable breakages are automatically reported
• Contact cards are left at the property so that guests can contact us if there are any problems or emergencies
• We are able to arrange grocery/welcome packs on arrival of guests (these can be payable by guests or provided by the owners)
• Spring cleaning of your property can be organised in preparation of the letting season
• We can hire cots, highchairs and stair-gates if you do not have these items at your property
• We are able to produce a ‘Housebook’ which details information about your property, the area, things to do and appliance instructions for your guests. Any information you wish to input into this can be included. The folder is presented with laminated pages.
